MACDILL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. – Marine General James N. Mattis (R), commander of U.S. Central Command, escorts Gen. Babakir Badr-Khan Shawkat al-Zebari, Iraqi Joint Headquarters chief of staff, upon his arrival to USCENTCOM headquarters here, Feb. 13, 2013. Mattis invited Babakir to discuss current issues in Iraq and help strengthen the U.S.-Iraqi strategic partnership. Babakir also visited with several other top military officials, including Army Gen.
