Critical Response Unit (CRU) 222 is one of three National Mission Units that fall under the command and control of the General Command Police Special Unit. CRU 222 is the primary Afghan National Defense and Security Forces (ANDSF) capability for providing rapid response to high profile attacks within Kabul and the diplomatic community.
