Afghan forces prepare for spring campaign
Maj. Gen. Richard G. Kaiser, commanding general of Combined Security Transition Command-Afghanistan, tours the logistics warehouses of the 215th Corps in Helmand in February, 2017, to assess logistical challenges and evaluate next steps to build capacity and sustainment progression for Operation Shafaq II Campaign.
