The new commander of the Navy Expeditionary Logistics Group Forward, Navy Capt. Charles Rink, arrived today in a change of command ceremony at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. The commander of the outgoing Nav-L-S-G rotation, Navy Capt. Daniel Pionk, commanded a customs battalion that spanned 22 sites in seven countries and an air cargo detachment that moved more than five million pounds worth of equipment supporting Marines in Afghanistan.
