Operation Epic Fury

U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) commenced Operation Epic Fury at the direction of the President of the United States. CENTCOM forces are striking targets to dismantle the Iranian regime's security apparatus, prioritizing locations that pose an imminent threat.

U.S. Soldiers of Bravo Company, 2nd Battalion, 14th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division depart Joint Site Security, Shaura Um Jidr en route to Forward Operating Base Hammer, Iraq, April 10, 2010. Bravo company is the first company to leave JSS SUJ, which is scheduled to be signed over to the Iraqi Federal Police on April 15, 2010. The move is part of a push to pull out of Iraq.
