Operation Epic Fury

U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) commenced Operation Epic Fury at the direction of the President of the United States. CENTCOM forces are striking targets to dismantle the Iranian regime's security apparatus, prioritizing locations that pose an imminent threat.

U.S. Army Soldiers of the 1st Battalion, 501st Aviation Regiment, Combat Aviation Brigade, 1st Armored Division, load and refuel AH-64E Apache attack helicopters, at the forward arming and refueling point as they support individual and squad qualification tables during battalion aerial gunnery at Fort Bliss, Texas, Sept. 11-12, 2024.
