Operation Epic Fury

U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) commenced Operation Epic Fury at the direction of the President of the United States. CENTCOM forces are striking targets to dismantle the Iranian regime's security apparatus, prioritizing locations that pose an imminent threat.

U.S. Marines conduct exercise Bayou Thunder at Naval Air Station Joint Air Base New Orleans, Louisiana, Jan. 29-31, 2019. The purpose of the exercise is to enhance Marine Attack Squadron (VMA) 231's air-to-air and air-to-ground capabilities while also strengthening service interoperability with joint services.
