Operation Epic Fury

U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) commenced Operation Epic Fury at the direction of the President of the United States. CENTCOM forces are striking targets to dismantle the Iranian regime's security apparatus, prioritizing locations that pose an imminent threat.

Caleb Chambers, an infantryman with the 1st Battalion, 151st Infantry Regiment, is interviewed after participating at the Region IV Best Warrior Competition at Fort Custer Training Center, Michigan, May 2, 2026. Chambers won the Soldier Winner title and Soldier of the Year award at the end of the competition.
