Operation Epic Fury

U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) commenced Operation Epic Fury at the direction of the President of the United States. CENTCOM forces are striking targets to dismantle the Iranian regime's security apparatus, prioritizing locations that pose an imminent threat.

Multinational partners from the Indo-Pacific region perform an aeromedical evacuation of an injured patient as a part of the Combined Humanitarian Aid and Disaster Relief portion of Cobra Gold 19 in Chachoengsao, Kingdom of Thailand, Feb. 20, 2019. The Indian Armed Forces, Republic of Korea National Military, U.S. Military, Royal Thai Armed Forces, Japan Self-Defense Force, Indonesian National Armed Forces, Chinese People's Liberation Army, Malaysian Armed Forces and the Singapore Armed Forces demonstrated their combined disaster response capabilities during this portion of Cobra Gold 19. Exercise Cobra Gold is the largest Theatre Security Cooperation exercise in the Indo-Pacific region and is an integral part of the U.S. Commitment to strengthen engagement in the region.
