This signifies the beginning of Mingus's time at the commander of the All American division.
Kurilla's will continue to serve the Army at the United Stated Central Command, but will forever be a paratrooper of the division.
Mingus comes to the division from the Mission Command Center of Excellence at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.
