Army Gen. Paul M. Nakasone took command of U.S. Cyber Command and the National Security Agency from outgoing commander Navy Adm. Michael S. Rogers during a change-of-command ceremony at Fort Meade, Md., May 4, 2018. Cybercom was also elevated to a unified combatant command during the ceremony.
