Soldiers and Airmen with the West Virginia National Guard conduct flood disaster relief missions in Williamson, West Virginia, on February 20, 2025. Mingo County is one of 13 counties under a state of emergency declared by West Virginia Governor Patrick Morrisey due to a widespread flooding event.
