U.S. Army Soldiers with the 2-285th Assault Helicopter Battalion, Arizona National Guard, conduct annual Bambi Bucket training and qualification with UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters at Picacho Stage Field, Picacho, Ariz., March 5, 2026. The unit trained 20 pilots and 21 crew chiefs for the 2026 fire season, strengthening crew coordination, enhancing precision, and ensuring they are prepared to conduct aerial firefighting for emergency response missions in support of mutual aid partners.
