U.S. Airmen assigned to the 165th Airlift Wing (AW), Georgia Air National Guard, participate in chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) decontamination procedures during an employment exercise at the North Auxiliary Field, Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina, Feb. 7, 2026. During this exercise, 165 AW Airmen deployed to a simulated forward operating base to demonstrate mission readiness and the ability to operate in an austere, degraded environment.
