U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to the 2-11 Field Artillery Regiment, 25th Infantry Division Artillery Brigade, 25th Infantry Division and U.S. Air Force Airmen with the 15th Wing execute a High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) Rapid Infiltration (HIRAIN) dry fire as part of the Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center Rotation 26-01 at Wake Island Airfield, Nov. 13, 2025. A HIRAIN is a vital joint military exercise designed to ensure the rapid deployment of HIMARS rocket systems. This exercise actively employs cargo aircraft to transport HIMARS launchers to remote locations for live-fire missions and swift redeployments. It is crucial for strengthening interoperability and readiness among the U.S. Army and allied forces. The United States Army Pacific (USARPAC) conducted Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center (JPMRC) Rotation 26-01 from Nov. 3 - 17, 2025, in and around the Hawaiian island chain. This exercise is designed to validate the combat readiness of the 3rd Mobile Brigade (3MBDE), 25th Infantry Division Artillery (DIVARTY), and the 125th Division Signal Battalion in a joint, multinational, multi-domain training environment. JPMRC 26-01 integrated U.S. forces, multinational partners, and joint capabilities to train tactics, techniques, and procedures required to dominate jungle and archipelagic terrain during large-scale combat operations.
