Arizona Guard wraps up combined joint training in Exercise REGIONAL COOPERATION 22

DUSHANBE, Tajikistan — An 11-person Army and Air team from the Arizona National Guard (NG) traveled to Tajikistan to participate in a two-week combined joint training exercise – Exercise REGIONAL COOPERATION 22 (RC22) – with participants from the United States, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Mongolia, Pakistan, and Uzbekistan.

NAVCENT Hosts Maritime Course for Regional Partners in Bahrain

MANAMA, Bahrain — MANAMA, Bahrain - U.S. Navy personnel in Bahrain kicked off a weeklong course Aug. 14 for 21 senior military leaders from the United States and 10 partner nations.

Joint exercise showcases rapid global mobility in CENTCOM theater

ALI AL SALEM AIR BASE, Kuwait — Airmen from the 386th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron recently demonstrated a textbook example of rapid global mobility during a mass movement of military personnel for an Emergency Deployment Rapid Exercise at Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait, August 10, 2022. At a moment’s notice, 120 U.S. Army Task Force Griz Soldiers from the 1st Combined Arms Battalion, 163rd Cavalry Regiment, were processed, out the door and onto a C-17 Globemaster III flawlessly within a very short amount of time.

ALI AL SALEM AIR BASE, Kuwait — Working hand in hand alongside three nations, Airmen from the 405th Expeditionary Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron conducted a coalition training exercise on how they configure and transport patients on U.S. Air Force aircraft at Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait, July 29, 2022. REGIONAL COOPERATION 2022 Military Exercise Begins in Dushanbe

USMARCENT begins Native Fury 22 in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

YANBU, SAUDI ARABIA — The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Central Command began Exercise NATIVE FURY 22, Aug 9, 2022. In its 8th iteration, NF 22 is a biennial MARCENT-led exercise focused on the demonstration of the rapid offload and integration of a Maritime Pre-Positioned Force in the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility in support of regional security, crisis response, and contingency operations. Supported by the U.S. Army’s 1st Theater Sustainment Command, the exercise is utilizing the port facilities at Yanbu and Al Bayadh, Prince Sultan SAU Air Base.
