Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Delbert D. Black (DDG 119) conducts a routine maritime exercise with Israeli naval ship INS Eilat in the Red Sea following a previously scheduled port call, Feb 1, 2026. The combined training demonstrated the strong military partnership between U.S. 5th Fleet and the Israeli Navy. Delbert D.
