Oct. 31, 2015 | 0:29
A coalition strike destroys a building used by Daesh as a fighting position near Ramadi, Iraq Oct. 31, 2015, in support of Iraqi Security Forces (ISF) efforts to liberate the city. This target is one of eight Daesh buildings and 10 fighting positions destroyed that day, as a part of Operation Inherent Resolve. Other strikes that day in Ramadi hit two separate tactical units and destroyed two ISIL rocket rails, an ISIL trench, suppressed an ISIL fighting position, and denied ISIL access to terrain. Coalition forces will continue to use precision airstrikes to disrupt Daesh's ability to conduct terrorist attacks in the area against ISF and innocent Iraqis.
