The 244th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade, currently deployed in support of Operation Inherent Resolve in Iraq, is the first U.S. Army Reserve aviation brigade to be augmented by active and national guard Soldiers, as well as coalition forces, for its deployment. Army Col. Allan Cutchin talks about the challenges that come with a muliti-component brigade and how the brigade is ensuring mission success. Army CW4 James Huck talks about working with Soldiers from different components, and how each component successfully contributes to the mission.
