An Iraqi C-130 Juliet Super Hercules lands for the first time at Qayyarah West Airfield, Iraq, Oct. 30, 2016. The aircraft and crew were the last to take off and the first to land sense the repair of the airfield that the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant damaged. U.S. Air Force Senior Airmen Zevon Davis conducts an interview explaining the repairs made to the runway and its significant value in Operation Inherent Resolve. More than 60 Coalition partners have committed themselves to the goals of eliminating the threat posed by the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) and have contributed in various capacities to the effort to combat ISIL in Iraq, the region and beyond.
