Ranger-qualified Soldiers with the 37th Infantry Brigade Combat Team discuss their experiences and the benefits of attending the Ranger Course as Ohio Army National Guard members. The 62-day Ranger Course consists of U.S. Army small unit tactics and leadership techniques that develop functional skills directly related to units with the mission to engage the enemy in close combat and direct-fire battles.
