2024 SAAPM Team Redstone message

Leaders from multiple organizations across Team Redstone along with SHARP professionals talk about the importance of Sexual Assault Awareness & Prevention throughout the Army. The Army’s theme for its 2024 campaign is “Change Through Unity: Empower. Protect. Prevent.”
April is recognized as Sexual Assault Awareness & Prevention Month nationwide, and the Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention program, or SHARP, at Redstone Arsenal plans several free events throughout the month.
Teal Tuesdays on April 2, 9, 16, 23, 30...where the color teal to show your support for survivors.
Awareness 5K on April 10...The entire Redstone community is invited to a 5K run/one-mile walk in support of child abuse prevention and sexual assault awareness at 3467 Vincent Drive.
SHARP Yoga on April 11 and 25 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Pagano Gym.
Wear your favorite jeans on National Denim Day, April 24, to recognize victims/survivors of sexual assault in support of Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month. Show your support by wearing your favorite denim clothing and send a “selfie” photo to RedstoneArsenalSHARPTeam@army.mil.
