U.S. Air Force Capt. Matthew McCandless and 1st Lt. Andrew Hart, C17 Globemaster III pilots from the 816th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron, fly to multiple locations out of Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar as part of Operation Inherent Resolve on Nov. 11, 2017. The C-17 is capable of rapid strategic delivery of troops and all types of cargo to bases throughout the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility. The aircraft can be configured to perform tactical airlift, airdrop, and aeromedical evacuation as missions dictate. (U.S. Air Force video by Senior Airman Nathaniel Stout).
