MACDILL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. – Army Gen. Lloyd J. Austin III, commander of U.S. Central Command, and Patty George pin on the one-star shoulder boards for Brig. Gen. Randy George during his promotion ceremony here Sept. 27. George, who’s served 25 years, currently serves as the executive officer to the USCENTCOM commander.
