CENTCOM, MacDill service members pay tribute to fallen Soldier

MACDILL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. – U.S. Central Command’s headquarters commandant held a memorial service June 20 for their fallen Soldier, Staff Sgt. Kristi N. Phifer, who was killed in a motorcycle accident June 3.

Phifer, a 29-year-old Hamilton, Ohio native, was an eight-year veteran assigned to USCENTCOM as the administrative non-commissioned officer in charge for the headquarters commandant. She is survived by her two children, Summer and Skyler; parents, Brian and Rebecca Reick; biological father Rickey Hunley; brothers, Rickey Jr. and Britton Reick; and sister Erica Farris.
