Iraqi Provincial Police Members Recieve Training from Canadian soldiers

QAYYARAH, Iraq - Iraqi students go through a four-week Wide Area Security Forces class taught by Canadian soldiers to learn essential combat skills like first aid, tactical movement, urban operations, and detainee procedures to enhance the Iraqi Security Forces’ combat skills and self-sufficiency. Coalition Forces are in Iraq at the invitation of the Government of Iraq to train and advise in support of the enduring mission to defeat Daesh.
