TAMPA, Fla. - Guests try Jordanian Mansaf, a traditional Levantine dish made of lamb, cooked in a sauce of fermented fried yogurt, served with rice or bulgur during U.S. Central Command’s (CENTCOM) International Night, Dec. 07, 2023. International Night started in December 2004 as a winter holiday party for the Coalition members and families. This year, members of CENTCOM’s coalition countries displayed native customs and offered a taste of their traditional cuisines to guests.
