A U.S. F-15 Strike Eagle breaks away after being refueled by a KC-135 Stratotanker from the 28th Expeditionary Air Refueling Squadron Feb. 11, 2019, while flying over Syria. While the United States draws down it's forces in Syria, their air power still remains in the area performing strike missions.
