By LTC T.G. Taylor, CENTCOM Public Affairs

TAMPA, Fla. — A U.S. Air Force C-130 delivered more than 13,000 pounds of emergency medical supplies to Sana’a Wednesday to help treat Yemeni soldiers wounded in the terrorist attack that killed and injured more than 300 Monday.

U.S. Air Forces Central, part of U.S. Central Command, organized the delivery of the supplies with the coordination of the Department of State.

The supplies, which include bandages, sutures, medications, intravenous fluids and litters, will be distributed by the Yemeni government to hospitals in need.
