BAGHDAD, Iraq (April 15, 2008) —Multi-National Force—Iraq strongly condemns today’s attacks against innocent Iraqi civilians.The Iraqis killed and wounded in today’s brutal attacks in Baqubah, Ramadi and Baghdad were innocent victims of extremists who subscribe to a philosophy of hatred. The attacks have the appearance of having been carried out by al-Qaeda Iraq.Multi-National Force-Iraq is working closely with Iraqi authorities to ensure adequate medical supplies and humanitarian assistance is available for the victims and their families. We will also work closely with Iraqi Security Forces to help find those who perpetrated these brutal attacks and bring them to justice.
