The HQ USCENTCOM Emergency Management (EM) Program assists all assigned personnel (military, civil service, contractor) and their families prevent, prepare for, respond to, and recover from natural disasters, technological (man-made) accidents, and intentional attacks involving weapons of mass destruction (explosives, toxic industrial chemicals/materials, etc.).

EM Representatives (EMR) are assigned to Directorates and Special Staffs to assist you, there are many other resources available to you - MacDill AFB EM office, or local/county EM offices.

This site offers basic information regarding personal and family preparedness. It is intended to answer questions you have and those not yet considered. There are 3 Steps to Preparedness, which should be considered throughout the year...Get Informed, Have a Plan, Build a Kit.

HQ USCENTCOM Directorate and Special Staff EMRs can be contacted using the Emergency Information Cards (issued through organizational resources).

During evacuations and following disasters, there are two toll-free telephone numbers you can call to hear recorded, updated information about MacDill AFB and HQ USCENTCOM. Call the InfoLines when trying to find MacDill AFB or USCENTCOM-specific instructions, directions, or base status.
