Djibouti supports Operations ENDURING FREEDOM and IRAQI FREEDOM, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization's International Security Assistance Force in Afghanistan and humanitarian assistance missions.

To promote political and economic development in the Horn of Africa, Djibouti supports Combined Joint Task Force-Horn Of Africa operations to disrupt Al Qaida and other transnational terrorist networks in order to deny them the use of the region.
