MND-B Soldiers detain two alleged extremists

BAGHDAD (Dec. 16, 2007) – Multi-National Division – Baghdad forces detained two men in separate actions in the Rashid district of the Iraqi capital Dec. 15.           

‘Tuskers’ of Company C, 4th Battalion, 64th Armored Regiment, 3rd Infantry Division, attached to the 4th Infantry Brigade

Combat Team, 1st Inf. Div., detained an individual allegedly involved in extremist activities.

          

Soldiers of Company A, 4th Bn. 64th Armor Reg., arrested a man at an Iraqi Security Volunteer recruitment drive in Doura after the recruit’s physical characteristics matched a suspected extremist. 

         

The men were taken to a Coalition detention facility for further questioning.
