25 promoted to chief petty officer during ceremony at MacDill AFB

MACDILL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. – More than 300 people gathered at the movie theater here as 25 petty officers first class were promoted to chief petty officer.

The promotions come as part of the Navy’s fiscal year 2014 chief petty Officer promotions. Seven of the new chiefs are from U.S. Central Command and affiliate units, to include Joint Intelligence Center-Central Command, Special Operations Command-Central and Joint Communications Support Element.
